Got my cable bill today and noticed it was a little less than usual. Buying this modem saves me money each month because I no longer rent a modem form the cable company.

Arris modem works great with Cox cable internet. This is not a wifi router, so plan to add one to your cart to go along with this modem. Only complaint is that there is no way to dim or turn off front facing LEDs on this model.

After two years of intermittent WiFi limiting my surfing, streaming and home security this modem helped fixed everything. Thanks goodness the salesman who knew enough to show it to me.

This is the modem the Mediacom tech said he recommends. Our streaming is MUCH more enjoyable and reliable now that we use this modem.

As with most Motorola products this is as advertised. Great throughput, and no issues, even when all the family are over and the TV’s are running content.

It does exactly what it supposed to do and after I got it set up I had to call Comcast to get it activated and after that it works excellent

After looking at this among other options. I ended up going with this modem seems to be an great choice hasn't randomly restarted or lost connections at all like most other modems I've used in the past

I purchased this modem to reduce cost of renting from my cable provider. Works great with my HD router and has proven to be faster (and cheaper) than the firmly rented equipment

only H/W review. CPU 1.2 GHz dual core intel pums 6 chipset some buggy. puma 6 chipset is atom based. atom chipset cheep one. most modem now IPv4 and IPv6 standard. sometime speed low and some signal noise. (maybe cable line problem - before user old motorola sb6120 ok I check)

Say goodbye to equipment rental if it is compatible with you isp. This unit was easy to install and once the Mac Id was given to my isp it only took a few minutes to set up.

Purchased this so I didn’t have to pay monthly from the cable company. Geek squad came in and got it all up and running.

This product works better than the product that I was renting from the cable company. Although I’m not in a big city which would allow me to feel the really power, it is good to own your product. I’m satisfied with the decision to buy rather than rent.

The best of the best, don’t rent your modems people!! They will tell you that it can’t be used but it’s printed on the box for a reason!
