Unfortunately, I cannot review the product itself, but even though it is an APPROVED manufacturer & model, Optimum insisted that I could NOT use this model for their Internet service.

This replaced an old failing Netgear modem. It has worked fine, no loss of signal yet after a few weeks of use. Recommended for Spectrum internet customers.

I wanted to avoid the xtra monthly fee for renting a modem from my service provider, so this one is what I chose based on reviews. It is doing a great job so far. My provider mentioned that it is not capable to the 300g plus speeds that are coming out, but I'm happy with what I'm getting now.

This Modem is perfect if you're looking to add another line that is NOT on wifi ( like a home office) It works great, havn't had any issues with it at all.

This device has very limited functions but it does them very well. Can't really find anything negative about it other than it is a little overpriced but not more than other manufacturers.

This cable modem solved my problem quickly and works very well. Highly recommend if you have one of the cable providers it is approved for.

Although this modem is capable of Gigabit speeds it is incompatible with Xfinity's Gigabit plan as it does not support DOCSIS 3.1 technology. If you want these speeds you probably need a different modem.

Nice upgrade after my modem of 13yrs crapped out after power flash just recently.

I purchased The Arris Cable Modem because it is works with Comcast and I was trying to save money by using my own modem. After trying it out for a few days i returned the modem and went back to using my Comcast modem. This modem did not have strong enough signal to reach the bedroom tv. I would of had to go out and buy additional WiFi pods for extra wifi which would of costed alot more money. By getting your own modem have to remember that you will no longer get the updates from your cable company.

I moved to a new area that I knew had xfinity and bought this. after closing on the house I hooked it into 4 different lines and they it lit up and worked great since

I had a very easy time replacing my old modem with this, and I’m already noticing no more interruptions with me service. Would recommend.

I GAVE THIS A GOOD REVIEW COZ, WHERE I'M NOT SURE IF ITS THE LOCATION OF MY HOUSE OR THE INTERNET REALLY IS SLOW. I HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY INTERNET UNTIL NOW, BUT I AM WILLING TO TRY THIS OUT LONGER TO MAKE SURE IF IT'S MY PROVIDER OR THIS IS THE CAUSE OF MY SLOW CONNECTION.

These are ok modems, they get the job done. This would be my 3rd one I have bought. They seem to last about 2 years before they fail. I am ok with that since it is still cheaper than renting one with the cable company.

I used this Arris Surfboard to upgrade the modem in my network setup. I was having numerous drop outs and interruptions. This baby solved my problems.

Arris is the only modem I buy. I invest in modems to save rental charges from provider. Well worth the money, it pays for itself.

Upgraded my internet speeds at home and needed a more modern cable modem to handle stronger signal. Works exactly as expected

I did not need it after all. So, I returned it all the specs would have been perfect for my application

BB In store employee recommended this modem. It has performed as advertised, and delivered flawless internet television streaming. No hiccups, and no issues since purchase.

Replaced the cable company Modem with this one, wish I would have done that sooner. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommended.
