I wanted to stop paying monthly fee to cable company! So far I have been happy only a couple times have I had an incident where I couldn't connect wifi, but I had a lot of incidents like that with my cable companies equipment so this was a huge step for the plus side.

Bought this to upgrade an old Arris modem and it works great and is much stronger with my signal.... was recommended by the Best Buy salesman...excellent..

I purchased this item so i could choose a higher internet package with my provider. Once purchased i packaged this with the Netgear Nighthawk R700 router. Overall i'd recommend this modem to somebody who is looking to upgrade from a basic modem.

I have had no problems with this since I set it up. This one doesn't have a phone port, but if you don't need that this is perfect!

This is my second time purchasing this brand of modem. I have no issues at all outside of the usual restarting the modem periodically when my ISP ask me to do it after I have already tried it.

Switched cable providers and needed a modem upgrade to take advantage of higher bandwidth. Using it for 100Mb for now but can upgrade to 500Mb later without changing the modem.

Good stable connection. Also increased speeds coming in so my router output has been better for streaming. Also no rental fees is a wonderful thing

Been up and running for a month. Incredible improvement over my old one. Setup was easy(other than dealing with spectrum phone chain to get it registered in my account)

Was told by sales person that this was plenty enough for fastest speeds with Cox cable. When I called cox to connect, Cox said I need a 3.1 modem to take advantage of their highest speeds. Too much hassle to return so living with 2nd tier speeds for now.

We replaced the modem provided through our cable company because we installed a security system with video that required a stronger signal. This has worked excellent

We tried to put 2 cable modems on our incoming cable/internet line. it was a NO GO because in order to do that, COX cable wanted to charge us for another service line !!!!!!!

Second modem i have, the first one got blow out by a power outage, hope this one will last longer

I kept having problems with cinti bell router dropping file transfer and signal. Went with time warner and my own modem and router and absolutely love both arris modem and lynksis router.

So far it’s doing what’s it’s supposed to do. So happy that our computer have better internet access and working faster.

Works great. Old unit was outdate so needed a new one. I always have internet. Lots of cat vids available if you get this unit.

For its value its good for what your internet plan is, Note that it does not have a phone jack if you plan on having a home phone.

Great, reliable modern. Got tired of paying a monthly rent to cable company for their modem. Paid for itself in about six months.

This modem replaced our old modem and works well but i wish i would have purchased the more expensive one with 2 output ports

Have to reboot modem daily to keep speeds of 60-70mbs. There is a known problem with this modem which I did not know until after purchase and tired of slow speeds. Thought was my service provider slowing me down then after using common sense rebooted modem and speeds were great again. Just getting tired of rebooting which now I am going to return and keep service provider modem as it was consistent without having to reboot. guess I won't be upgrading my plan to 355mbs.
