Since I had this hooked up I have not had any interruptions in my internet service. I thought my provider sucked but it was just the equipment they gave me.

Always use these, typically solid except if not on a battery backup they won't live as long but that's any electronic.

Needed modem with more channels when upgrading internet speed at home. Decided to purchase this modem, rather then continuing to rent from cable company.

This cable modem is fine, but nothing special. It does exactly what it claims to do, and I can't complain about that. I would not hesitate to buy it again.

I needed a DOCIS 3.0 cable modem for my 200 MB service. This is slightly overkill but serves my needs and allows for future upgrade. All at a bargain price

Easy Plug and Play setup. 24x4 channels bonded on Cox gives s 200Mbps down and 25Mbps up. Max sure you open a chat session with customer service and give them the mac id an s/n first.

Combining this modem with my Google WiFi router has vastly improved our wireless speeds! Such a good decision to buy. Well worth replacing our Comcast modem & router.

Great modem works like a charm the only thing is that it does not come with Wi-Fi but if you have a router it's a great modem to have.

We had the 400 series Arris modem (Model SB6141) before this one and just wanted to upgrade for better streaming performance. We have been impressed with the difference!

My fault for not checking into it further. I needed a wi-fi modem and this is not what this is. I had to return it after I found it wasn't what I needed. But when I did install it it worked well as a router.
