Good replacement adequate coverage money well spent on equipment as opposed to a donation to the cable company

Boosted my poor signal thru the roof when compared to the rental modem from Charter. Takes a phone call to your carrier to set up, but that took less than 20 minutes.

So I purchased my own modem for my cable & it was the best choice I made. I save money all year all because I made a good choice by buying my own modem.

Plugged it in and a with a phone call to the cable company it was working like it should. Not a whole lot to review with a modem.

Works great, somewhat confusing to setup and spectrum had an issue seeing the modem but other than that good overall

Improved old drop problem with WiFi. Price is very reasonable. I did have trouble with tech support from Cox getting this modem enabled, should have been much simpler.

In general it does it's job operating silently in the background. The indicator lights are super bright. Lights up the room at night. Would be nice to have a way of dimming them.

It turned out we need a modem that was phone capable. So this product was not the product for us. However, we did use it for a week with the NightHawk and had NO problems!

I am with Oceanic Cable on Oahu. Bought this with the intent of using it to take advantage of the 300Mbps service that I was upgraded to. Sadly, Oceanic could not get it to provision. I returned this unit and exchanged it for a Netgear CM 600 which works flawlessly.

Very good docsis 3.0 modem 32 downstream channels and 8 upstream. Make sure you tighten your cable connections otherwise you might cause issues with speed and connectivity.

Pretty much plug it in and it works. I bought one for my mother in law too, it was that easy. It seems like the best brand and value for a DOCSIS3 modem with gigabit.

Expected better performance out of this device than the 8 yr old one it replaced. Old device was a rental from cable company. But it does what it should, and DOCSIS 3.1 s/b supported for a good while into the future

Good router, but xfinity internet is trash compared to charter....nothing can polish the comcast off my internet

What can I say I've had it for a few months and I've had no problems whatsoever. I've added it to my redesigned network when I upgraded to a larger Netgear router.

Though the instructions are lacking and getting into the setting could be a little easier, it works great. Once you get in and set it up to your specs your done.

Needed to update my previous surfboard. This was the latest. Hopefully will get the same number of years of service as the last.

Overall easy to setup and increased my cable speed quite a bit. Setup took 20 minutes with my cable provider (Wave), but overall easy setup.

Overall this is a fine router and is typical of the other Motorola based routers in the past. In general though I was under impressed as I moved from a 24 channel to a 32 channel router. My speed was actually slightly less (about 1%) on a Comcast 150M subscription.

Excellent purchase, to be honest Best Buy offered a great price on it, and made the curbside process as simple as possible!
