Got this because my Xfinity bill was high. Great modern but you have to call your internet service to took it up.

Very nice router. The nicest thing is that I don't have to pay extra money every month to my internet provider.

This is my second Arris. Works well for what I need it to do. Home office. Would be nice to have a reset button but no biggie. Just unplug back when I need to turn it off. Don't leave mine on 24/7.

I replaced my old cable modem with this one when I found out my old one was no longer compatible with my ISP. I haven't really had any issues with it.

Stable internet connections at high speeds. Always have had surfboard modems with no issues.

Works exactly like I expected it to. It takes awhile to reboot but that is a minor complaint given the value.

We live in the boonies (elevation over 3000ft) and needed a good modem that would help produce good speeds and have the latest technology (IPv6). It hasn't disappointed yet.

I only wish they knew more about Cox. I really didn’t have to buy this. I fought with Cox and then just decided to keep this and use coxes too.

Have had no issues with this and Xfinity. Been keeping the bios up to date with the web interface. Needs reset once in a while but I'm guessing that's an Xfinity thing since I hear stories of resets all the time with Comcast/Xfinity.

I had an old slow modem from the cable company that I know I paid for about 5 times over. This modem does the trick for me and best of all, it's paid for!

Does everything a cable modem needs to do, not to mention avoiding the dang "modem rent" cable companies try to push.

This was the perfect product for installing internet through Xfinity. It is a good comparable device for what the company would charge to lease.

Completely replaces CableOne equipment and is capable of Gig speeds if I should decide to upgrade. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because there is only one Ethernet out. If you a need for more than one you need to buy a spliiter.

Replaced the Spectrum Combo Router/modem system with this and a Velop 2 pk. And it solved all of my signal and internet drop outs I was experiencing before.
