I purchased this product to replace my rented modem from optimum. Unfortunately it was not compatible with their service so I had to return it.

It's not bad. Seems about the same as the modem router combo from the cable company. The one problem is it only has one Ethernet port, so I had to plug it into the google onhub and then plug from the onhub to the desktop for wired connection

Cable modem blew out. Didn’t want to continue paying for a rental cable modem. Great price and fits my power needs

This little router helped with my WiFi signal. My service WiFi company “spectrum” always lost signal. I have made a switch and have yet to lose or drop signal.

My house has a connection with Suddenlink as the cable provider. The internet connection this modem provides my house is stable, strong and reliable.

I purchased this as an upgrade, best decision ever it eliminated all my wifi issues at home. I went from an all in one to a seperate modem and router.

this is a nice fast docsis 3.0 cable modem, but the chipset does have a bug that can affect your latency and speeds. luckily, my provider was able to provide a firmware to remedy this to a point.

Just cut the cord. I felt so nervous doing it. But not having to rent this little sucker from the man made me feel so liberated. Highly recommended

I have the previous Surfboard when it was still a motorola. Moved to a new house and needed a new one, no brainer to buy this again.

I have spectrum and it was super easy to call them to set this new one up! Super fast WiFi, especially when bundled with eero pack

I bought this modem because Comcast told me my internet service sucks was because of my old modem. I bought this modem, my internet still sucks, but at least my in home network is much faster!

Best modem for future proof. Saved money by buying my own modem instead of renting from internet service provider.

Very stable and works as advertised. Setup was straight forward and havent had any issues with the signal at all.

After getting my local cable company to enable my MAC address, everything jas been great. Havent had to reset and signals are strong!
