We needed a new router to replace our out dated router. The ARRIS surf board router was reasonably priced and has proven a dependable solution.

If you are tired of paying a monthly Cable modem rental price this is the Answer!! Very wise purchasing decision.

If you are wanting the “up to xx mbps” promised by your internet company then you’ll want this modem with a separate router to get the best WiFi!

But i cant really say my internet connection is faster than it was before... just glad i dont have to rent from comcastic.

I've had a few SURFboards in the past and have never had problems with any of them. It's a high quality modem that I always recommend over the bargain devices.

This replaced a first generation docsis3 cable modem that could only bond 4 downstream channels. I would have purchased a docsis 3.1 had it been in stock.

great device, i just wish it had multiple ethernet ports. it is also a hassle to set up with my internet provider.

Plugged in seamlessly to my new network and support units for home networking. Should have bought the increased port unit, but I'm good for now

Loved the ease to connect and mount. Looks great mounted under my sony TV. Turns on/off adjusts volume all with the TV. Definitely notice the added bass.

Overall I have not had many issues when it works but sometimes it disconnects from the internet and I have to reset the modem and router. Not sure if this is my provider or the unit itself.

Installation process was superb and the technicians were awesome. Very knowledgeable and gave me a complete tutorial of how to operate my new dishwasher.

I was required to purchase a new modem after my old one became outdated. I've always gone with Arris and the Motorola SB model.

Love having this to avoid paying Comcast but know that you'll still need to work with them to have them activate it.

We had our Internet going in and out constantly and determination Ned that perhaps it was time to buy a new modem. Haven't had a problem since we installed!
