like most people I ve owned a bunch of routers and so far Arris is the best when it comes to cable internet I can't complain of anything

Needed to upgrade system and this fits the bill. Works great and resets easy when cable glitches.

It doesn't have router integrated but buy a $40 Bucks one and it's gonna cost you less than buying the 2 in one piece.

Great product but is made for cable, not fiber. We had fiber and didn't need it but it was recommended by the Geek Squad even knowing we had fiber....

Works well, I've been slowly changing my houses' networking setup from the equipment from what my ISP provided. The only downside I have is that it should've had more ethernet ports.

Needed a new modem after moving to a new place and didn't want to have to rent one. Read up on different modems and this seemed like the best option for me.

Everyone had great reviews of the product but unfortunately I had to return it as it did not include a phone jack and thus didn't work with my triple play.

I purchased this ARRIS modem to replace my modem router combo that I was experiencing difficulties with and I could not be happier with this product!

Seem to be quite a few negative reports about a firmware issue with this modem. Have not had any issues whatsoever. Mine is running 9.1.93T. Works perfectly.

Bought this, but it was just the modem and not what I needed. It was a good price for what I was getting, but returned it,

We just installed two NEST Outdoor Cameras and needed to boost the WiFi because of the increased Bandwidth usage. This did the trick and it was on SALE.

It was a little overkill for my current cable internet speed but it is nice to somewhat future-proof my setup for when faster cable is available in my area.

Works much better than the cable modem from the cable company which is 2 generations older than this.

With 8 channels you have plenty of devices you can connect. The speed isnt bad unless youre a hardcore gamer and stream alot.

Had difficulty getting it set up & had to get help from Cox; once connected, it worked like a charm

Bought the Arris modem because it was approved my Comcast my internet provider. I have had no issues to-date.

This thing helps get that internet to all the places we need it to. A bit pricy, but worth it to have secured internet.

Went by my local store looking for a better cable modem for my home network and was steered in this direction. Pretty happy overall with it, much better connection than the standard modem I was given with my service provider.

Works great. Had to upgrade my old modem. Was getting a little old. Found this one online. Does fantastic. My ping times have decreased a bit. Lag seems less also. So pretty happy.
