Previous modem would lose connections. This surfboard modem has worked very well and I haven't lost connection once since I installed it. Would recommend it.

This modem works great. The only drawback is the bright blue lights on the display. If not used in a bedroom, the lights would be acceptable.

This has made a huge impact on the quality of internet I'm now getting. Better than renting from xfinity.

I have no problems at all with this modem. It works well with my tri-band router, which I got at the same time. I recommend this. It hasn't failed me once.

SURFboard modems have always been good modems. Plus you will save money in the long run when owning your own modem vs renting from cable company.

Working great so far! Blue lighting is pretty bright, so I have covered the front, but other than that, very pleased.

This modem has an excellent throughput with the 32 and 8 channels download and upload respectively. I get optimal downstream and upstream bandwidth speeds I pay for with my ISP using this router that I never got with the provider device.

No problem so far. Great product. It has very bright lights on it, almost enough to illuminate the room at night. Not good to be placed in a bedroom.

Great if you want to save money with your cable service company instead of renting their equipment every month.

I got tired of paying Comcast $10 every month for a modem. Bought my SURFboard on sale and have faster wifi now. It will pay for itself in 10 months.

We use this with Xfinity Wifi and bought it so we don't have to rent a modem from Xfinity. I feel like it is hard to review a modem, when the Wifi service itself is sort of dependent on it.

This proved to be an effective modem to use with my internet provider.

I was needing a Comcast compatible device and I researched this because of the speed option was above minimum required for the speed I have at home.

Fast connection and I bought this with Orbi so I can have Orbi in the room for better connection. No problems with it so far.

Replaced our Time Warner modem and saved 10 bucks a month! Now my son and I can watch movies, play on our computers, and talk on the phone at the same time...

Linked up great to my wifi network. Too bad Optimum didn't have this in their "allowed devices"
