    I upgraded my cable internet and my old modem wouldn't work. Bought this one and it works fine. No complaints, so far no reboots necessary.

    This is the bomb of modems. Easy to install and immediately found my router and up and running in less than 10 minutes. With bright blue lights so I am aware everything is on and working. Never would I have imagined it would be so easy. I love the sleek white design. The sales associate was so knowledgeable and nice. She was a great help.

    Ran super fast but needed 3.1 docsis for Cox gigablast speeds. Auto configures without needed to call service provider

    Handles streaming 4k on one tv, streaming on a second tv, 2 tablets, and 2 phones very well. What more can I say, it does it's job!

    I'm not sure how well this modem works in comparison. Read online that this modem taps into the full potential of your internet providers signal, but doesn't seem to be any faster than the regular modem Comcast would provide.

    If you have upgraded internet you must use a better quality modem other than the provided one. Throughput will exceed what you received from provider.

    Didn’t start off well but it was my fault for not givibg my ISP the correct MAC address which is right there in plain site on the box

    It has been performing flawlessly for several weeks now. My only comment will be that the administrative tools are very basic. I would like to get something for complete.

    Good modem for the price. Would have given a better rating in the first modem I bought would have lasted longer, which was two years, and it was the exact same modem.

    I couldn't give any rating because I didn't fit the surfboard connected to my Verizon router. I think there may be a compatability issue or Verizon has a block of some sort
