have used it for more than one month, it is very stable. rarely need to reboot it. It is just a modem, no Wifi support. Need to buy an Wifi router. Easy install by yourself through mobile application.

Does what it’s supposed to do. Have issues with connection dropping on our phones sometimes, but it may just be an Apple issue.

This is a better product than what my internet provider had to offer. Plus I do not have to pay a monthly rental on the modem they had to offer.

We had a modem + router in 1 and it did not provide full coverage of house. Now our internet covers our entire house with great speed.

My old modem hit it EOL and I had to replace it. Arris is by far the best modem out there

this has been a great boost to the wifi in my 2 story house. 2700 sq ft colonial. added towers for full coverage.

I purchase and install at least 1 a week for clients... Save money and it will pay it self soon by the savings of NOT having a leased modem.

Cox will not activate this device when they tell you to buy it. The product itself is likely great, but be warned.

Opened and setup everything within 20 minutes. Hardest part was activating the modem with Comcast.

Upgraded our ancient modem with this model. So far, all is going well and no problem with family streaming simultaneously.

It works great have not had any issue. It does the data speeds it advertises.

We purchased this modem to replace our rental modern from our ISP. Speed is more consistent than the rental but the power cord doesn't seem to be the best quality. It easily jiggles loose causing the need to restart the modem.

I now no longer pay the equipment fee through my internet service, this modem will pay for itself in 6 months.

Got this for Comcast Blast internet. Connection is stable about a month in. Didn't need Wi-Fi so I'm glad there is a "plain" version like this. Speed isn't up to Comcast claims but I blame thwm, not the modem.

Cheaper than renting from the cable company. It does what it needs to do.

At a reasonable price and incorporating what appears to be durable construction, this modem allows 300Mb/s and faster connectivity to the internet. I do wish, however, that at least one additional ethernet jack was provided.
