    This modem helped me to disconnect from renting from cable. But, I didn't fully understand that this model does not have phone access. I will return it for a different model or learn to live without a land line.

    Trying to stream a football game from ESPN Plus to the TV was very very spotty and way too complicated to solve this issue. I couldn't even get back to the Home page to start over.

    Change the xfinity modem to this and got the nighthawk for the wifi best this i did better signal and faster load especially for gaming

    This thing actually keeps up with my router! Between the modem and router combo, (tp-link C5400), I'm getting 285 Mbps on WiFi! Love it!
