    Works great. Product replaced the spectrum modem I was leasing. Doesn't have phone option. No issues so far.

    Needed to replace an old cable modem and purchased this upgraded model to try and future proof my home system to a certain extent. The modem works, but is excessively slow on reboot. My system reliability has gone down, but I'm not certain if this is due to the new modem or Suddenlink. I do know that Suddenlink has experienced multiple issues lately, so I am not overly downgrading this modem based on these issues.

    This product is good in and of itself. However, it would not work with the eeros system we bought and had to be taken back and exchanged for one that would connect to the system.

    This is my second arris modem. My first one lasted 3 years. Wish they would last longer but I guess it is what it is. Seems to work fine.

    I would say I was surprised how awesome this was at first. I had the fasted connection I have ever had. My online gaming scores had increased etc. The issue was every few hours I had to reset the modem due to ping spikes, at one point 249ms. I returned it and picked up the 6183, hopefully it's better

    This modem works as advertised and just as good as the one I was leasing from Comcast. I did have to upgrade to a modem with telephone capabilities later on though.
