    I bought this modem only because I was upgrading my Cox ISP service. It took the Cox tech (I don't think he knew what he was doing) almost 2 hours to get it set up!

    Bought this modem after the old one had partially dead. The new one revived our internet system better and run smoothly. Glad that I did bought it.

    With Spectrum Modem I was constantly loosing signal and withe new Modem and Router never loose signal
