    I bought this modem because my rented modem with a local cable company worked spotty—at best. This modem seemed simple enough to set up, but I was unable to because of the plugs in the back. The modem only allowed for one other item to be plugged in, and I needed multiple outlets to plug in the alarm system and wifi extender. I had to return it because it just didn’t suit my needs.
