    I am new in town. Someone recommended that I try Best Buy. Evidently, I was 5 days past the return date of 15 days, 9 of which I was on vacation. They would not take back this modem. We decided to go with the cable company’s modem as we were having a lot of internet issues. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

    This modem is top notch and you will get your actual internet speed,the one we prior was from the cable company and we had to pay 10 bucks a month for using it! So if your looking at this modem buy it, I highly recommend it.Pays for itself.
