my issue was not modem related so I used my current one

It does what it's supposed to do, which is to get my household online and keep us online.

A very good modem for everyday residential use. Call your cable company and give them the serial number, plug it in and you're ready to go.

Haven't had any issues with pixilation or signal strength since installing this modem.

New modem for stores needed, in stock and hooked up same day

Works fine. I just wish it had more ports in the back to plug into. Only has 1 port. Saves me money on renting one from my cable company.

Has the Arris 6141. Upgraded to this model for faster wifi. Works very well.

I bought this router then found it for a lower price elsewhere. It does work well. The only thing I would change is adding a port to plug my fax line into.

Its a top modem most people wont need this much power but its great just in case

We bought the Arris SB6190 modem from Bestbuy on Feb 6, 2023. This is by far the WORST modem that we have bought. For 30 days since we installed this modem, there is frequent (daily) dropped internet connection. Working with Xfinity and the model manufacturer has been exhausting, and finally, we figured that the modem is defective. We could not return/exchange at BestBuy because of the 15-day policy. So, reached out to the manufacturer for refund of the defective product. The manufacturer, Arris / CommScope does not have a refund policy has the worst replacement policy, which basically wanted to me either pay for shipping their defective modem OR leave without internet for 7–10 days. They do not have any policy of refund for a defective / bad designed modem. Arris / CommScope is not providing any better customer service and selling BAD modems that should be taken out of the marketplace. This is disappointing, and we have to now write off the modem investment and look for another modem (not Arris for sure!).

I live in a smaller home and this boosted my signal through that whole house
