    I replaced my older ARRIS cable modem with a newer version and am very pleased with the new one. My only downfall was that it was a very difficult task for me to activate it. The last time (appx 7-8 years ago) I installed another older ARRIS Cable Modem, it was a piece of cake (very easy), This new one took me several emails and phone calls and then finally including a visit from a Comcast Tech. Other than that it is a quality product, and am very satisfied with the product. Thank You. Steve C.
