    This is a bit of an odd product. Ideally I would recommend getting the upgraded DOCSIS 3.1 version if you have gigabit (or higher) internet or buy the cheaper model. I only got this due to urgent replacement of the old one which died.

    Why is Best Buy/Arris still selling these? All over the internet you see nothing but people having the exact same latency problems. I’ve had the SB6190 for 6 months and I am now searching for a new modem. I do not recommend buying this particular SB6190 model with the intel puma 6 chipset. When I initially set up Comcast Xfinity they warned me about this modem having a latency flaw. So it’s obviously a well known issue. Why keep selling them??? RIP OFF!
