Disappointed

I wanted faster speed and 4 LAN ports. So I bought this to use with a Netgear 4 port and Wi-Fi router, After performing the hassle of changing passwords, speeds were SLOWER and service more spotty (I have lost service to my caption phone twice in yht last 3 weeks). Better to buy a single Arris 4 Lan modem if you can find one.

Then after I installed and activated my internet went really bad. The latency on this modem is really bad. Not good for gaming or streaming videos. Only good thing I can say about it is that it does increase mbps by like 12% at least for me. Had to return.
