It seemed to work fine but did not even last a year. Was not able to work with the company to solve warranty in a day, their customer service is lacking. Had to say goodbye to my work from home days.

DOES NOT WORK WELL WITH GOOGLE MESH

Do NOT buy this router if your plan is to use Google Mesh Wifi. The two do not work well together and unfortunately I am learning the hard way, and just past my return dates. It worked well for about a month and then my speeds came crashing down. I am not getting more than 1mbps when I should be getting over 250/mbps. I have spent countless hours on the phone with both Google and Arris and both point the fingers at each other. I will say Google's Customer Service has been great and they spent over 6 hours working with me to try and identify anything and everything. So that lends me to believe it is an issue with Arris as I have read countless threads on Reddit that say other Arris modems have similar issues. I would not recommend this modem.
