Unsure of the problems

However, since installing it we have to reboot every few days. Sometimes the reboot doesn’t work so Xfinity has to send a restart signal. Unsure if this on going problem is equipment related, but didn’t have this problem nearly as frequent when renting Xfinity’s modem.

Really was disappointed. Had to buy a new one a month ago and instead settled on getting a netgear modem. Have not yet experienced any downtime of our internet.
