Later I found out that Xfinity has to add it and u have to call them to add it. Good thing I found out that with the Xfinity app, I could do it. But was not fun setting up.

worked great, until it didnt

This is my experience and may not be that of all others.

Decent cable modem
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s not slow at all ... it was easy to install .. after getting it verified by cable company it fired right up .. the only down fall is u can configure it or change settings ,, it has no app ,, and getting into with web browser no options there to change settings ... overall decent

After a long call with customer support they offered to send me a replacement next day for basically the same cost as new because of fees and shipping. Or i could mail the box back to them and they will send one back in 2-3 weeks.

Fine, but no detectable improvement in speed

It has not. I have no complaint with the device and I'm happy to have more current technology, but I have had no improvement whatsoever.

It works

In addition , the price went down ,but Best Buy refused to price match there only advertised price because I was past the 15 days return and exchange policy .
