Purchased and Crashed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this product in 12/17 and it crashed on 1/06/18 Had to manually reboot, disconnect, and reconnect this modem 4 times before it started working again. Has not crashed since. I have Xfinity

Slower Download Speed Than 8 x 4 Modem

I purchased the SB6190 in order to upgrade my internet service to 330 Mbps. I spent over an hour on the phone with RCN tech support trying (without success) to get download speeds over 175 Mbps. The new Arris modem was a downgrade, not an upgrade. I re-installed my 2 year old modem and will return this modem to Best Buy.

Didn’t work for me

Would like if it lasted longer

Doesn't work with Comcast Gigabit

That way they can force people to rent the 3.1 modem. I feel like the 3.0 modems came a little too late.
