Doesn't work with Optimum

faulty modem

Terrible pickup experience

I scheduled to pick up in person at Galleria, and I was told the product would be prepared within 1 hour. After I got there 2 hours later, I was told that no product was available and I had to drive to another location. But why not notify me in advance???????

I was told by your company that I would have good reception without any interuptions this system and the eero items. So when the system works it is ok but with interuptions it is not I could not recommend the system to anyone at this time.

Unable to verify speed on xfinity
