I ordered this modem thinking it would work for my 1gb internet but it never connected to my internet. I was so disappointed.

Works better than the equipment they provide!!!!!!

Not worth premium cost. Wow would not allow me to USA Arris sb6183 which is "bullet proof" other options were modems with puma 6 --- no thanks

This modem never worked very well for me. It would frequently overheat and lose connection, though it's possible I was putting too much strain on it. If you're looking for a modem that can support multiple users at once, I suggest something stronger.

I had problems from the start. Connected to the internet and it wouldn't stay connected. Called Arris support they said it was Comcast problem. Had to pay Comcast to come to the house tech said everything good at there end. And it is so bright at night and is very hot. For me not worth the problems. Returned the item.

It's a good cable modem I like the brand of ARRIS.

This is a DOCSIS 3.0 modem, so most providers won't be able to deliver over 300Mbps due to the new DOCSIS 3.1 standard.

Works all right but didn't solve my problem got this along with the new wireless router to try to speed up my Comcast which fluctuates so much didn't help

I was paying my internet company $10/month when I could’ve got this months ago and saved myself the hassle. Plug and play that simple if your internet is already hooked up. Unlike mine, my internet company had to come the connect their gadget to the cable and get it started before I could plug and play.

With only one person in the apartment, the connection drops off on a regular basis. Service is supposed to cover several devices.

I purchased this was plan of using it when my ISP support 1 GB. But ISP is not supporting 3.0 but need to buy another one that support 3.1.

Worked well initially however limited speed capability restricted use after 1 year

Happy with my purchase.setup was straight forward ,just a call to cable company to activate it.

This modem replaced the same modem that I purchased back in March 2020. Per Spectrum, internet traffic was coming into the modem but was NOT going out it to the router. There was no choice again at Best Buy so I bought what was on the shelf. I could not wait another week without a working internet. Right now the modem is working. Time will tell how long it will work.

It runs ok it is not like super fantastic or anything. Got a lot of unused channels. going to extreme bands that may helm more and well see over time.

Got the wrong one that is cable connection and needed phone jack kind. My husband went back and got the right one but forgot to send this one back

Worked okay for a few months and started having connection issues. Switched to Netgear modem

the device worked with comcast however the speeds vs the comcast router were a little slower by about 10Mbps. Still fast just not what i was hoping for

Didnt worknwith my comcast internet. Spent a few hours with both Arbus and Comcast and neither groups were able to indentify the MAC ID. Ended having tonreturn this for a netgear modem and netgear router. I still give it 2 stars becuase their customer service atleast tried to get it to work.
