Buy the Motorola

I was always getting more bandwidth and this one only sometimes pumps out what Spectrum is putting out. Spent hours troubleshooting wit h Spectrum on this and return option was over after isolating to the modem.

Horrible Customer Service

Tried connecting it to my internet never worked called Arris support at least 5 times leaving messages, but no resolution, had to return it.

Doesn't work on spectrum

Just not what i needed

Purchased on the advice of someone that thought it would help expand my WiFi signal. Unfortunately, this item is for cable and did not work with the fiberoptic that i have. I returned item to store.

I had nothing but trouble with mine contrary to other reports that I read online. Even with the Comcast outages, it never seemed to function properly afterwards. I was constantly power cycling the modem and it would work for a week or two then stop functioning properly. I had enough so I returned the modem & exchanged in for a Netgear CM500+the 2 yr protection plan for $10. Hopefully, I'll have better luck. I'm done with Arris. They have great customer support but the product I had wasn't very good.
