Terrible product...

After about 6 months, I began to experience increased internet interruptions. I telework, so having reliable internet is very important to me. At first, I blamed my internet service provider. But, they checked my connection and it was flawless. In the last two months my internet interruptions became more common and for longer periods - nearly every day. After conducting research, I found out that this very product is named in a class action lawsuit in California. It contains the faulty "Puma 6" chipset from Intel. So, do not purchase any modem with this chipset, as different manufacturers use them and those specific products have terrible reviews. I have since replaced our modem and have no more internet issues. Buyer beware.

Arris modem

Saves $11 a month rental and works great. Just have to call customer service to get running, no problems. Should have done this a long time ago

Good with a major flaw

STAY AWAY
