The Intel Puma 6 chipset has serious latency issue

Disappointed with Optimum

Result is not working for no appearing reason. It simplely can't regist with Optimum. Return back to the nice customer service in Bestbuy.

Great for Small Ranch House

Doesnt work

My cable provider after multiple attempts on separate days cannot connect to the listed CMAC address to register this device. When I called customer service no resolution was offered and was repeatedly told I need to plug it in and give the CMAC to my ISP. After a long cyclical conversation where no restitution was offered, I am stuck with an expensive $70 paperweight. I passed the return window for BestBuy where I bought it but, it is within the 1 year physical warranty. I am left no recourse other than complaining to the BBB.
