Once again I'm trying not to pay Cox for there's. I bought this and I'm not sure if it helps any better. I'm still having issues with internet beIN slow. Im not a gamer a Just TV n computer.

Works as should but signal keeps cuting out on my xbox series x. Had to rest it 2xs since installed

Brought this router since my old one would disconnect often. I have not had any issues. Everything stays connected.

Everything was working great, at first. This morning, exactly 2 months past the 12month warrenty, I woke up to no internet connection. I restarted both the router and modem about 10 times and finally gave up. Contacted my service provider who told me that everything was good on their end. Touching the modem I felt alot of heat at the top of the unit and decided that somehow over night the unit over heated. Buyers beware.

Arris normally provides top of the line equipment, but they have acknowledged a major defect in the SB6190 model with the Intel chipset it contains. I do not recommend you buy this modem. It has very poor performance due to the chip flaw. I will be returning mine.

Buying this modem from Best Buy is saving me money everyday. I was previously renting the Modem from Comcast.

It was working great and then stopped over night. Already had to send in for a warranty replacement. Will see if the next one works...

Modem did not work for me. It keeps dropping internet connection, especially when it overheats. Had to return the item.

I bought this Modem August 2018. Lasted 6 months and started breaking up. My cable company (Mediacom) sent out numerous technicians over last year and a half and finally I decided to switch back to my old SURFboard (SB-6141) and that fixed the issue. It has two year warranty but the manufacturer will not let me register it claiming that the email I gave belongs to someone else. Bogus!

I got this modem to replace the one I am renting from my cable company. It didn’t work. I’m more upset with the cable company because they don’t make it easy to replace their modem.

I bought this Modem in April 2018. Looks like it just failed (March 2020). Would think a solid state product would have much higher reliability. Disappointed

I decided to my buy my own modem so i can save the monthly fee. according to this brand it was up to date and compatible with every single company. I connected and nothing and i call my internet provider and they said from their end everything was good. then i called Arris and they didn't have a answer. they try everything and nothing. then i see the reviews that this modem is having issue. so if you know you have a bad modem why sale it to the public. not i will have to go to best buy and get myself a new modem, what a waste of time.

My arris modem just died after 13 months. It still saved me money in the long run from renting my modem from comcast, but 13 months is a very short amount of time for this i feel.

This is my third one from this manufacturer finally called them they said they would warranty it but I had to pay for shipping which was going to take a bunch of time and cost me more money.

Please look up puma 6 before buying this modem. Has a lagg issue.

Was not able to get the device connected to the internet. I returned this for a combo modem/router.

This product is a much better option than renting from an internet service provider. It works great.

We have not hooked this up yet but as it is an upgrade to what we currently use I hope for no issues

Was not compatible with my cable company. I specifically asked the representative if it was and was assured that it did. Now it’s too late to return.

I brought this for my internet connection and it works fine so far no issues it is slick and nice,
