Could not get it to work with Comast

Did not work

Spectrum tech was at my home for 5 hours trying to authorize it for service. He ended up calling another tech who informed him that Arris does not work with Spectrum, so he used a Spectrum modem on my setup. I am very tech savvy and have has similar experiences with other Arris products (not user friendly).

Bad Modem
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In Nov. 2017 we had dealt with problems with our Cable modem (Cox) for so long we decided to purchase our own, and was advised to get the ARRIS SB6190 Modem. After numerous disconnects with this modem, it turned out that there was a law suit that was against ARRIS in April of 2017 for the same issues. Anyway we eventually got rid of it.

Youll need another one in a year

I tried plugging it into other outlets that work (things previously plugged into them turned on). And nothing. No power to it at all.

Wouldn’t buy another one from Best Buy

And who would think about getting a protection plan for an item that should work for at least 4 years, as stated by Best Buy employee. Very disappointed!

Quiet Quitting

Dosnt do the advertised speed.
