Died after 10 days.

Called Arris support, they ran some tests & told me to take it back to Best buy & exchange for a new one. I just returned it & switched back to 6141. Everything is good again.

Puma Chipset is welll known to be flawed...

Bought on the recommendation of a BB employee...next time I will research first, but had an outage that needed a quick solution...

I ended up selling it on ebay for 15 bucks.

Got two of these and neither worked

Doesn’t work

Spent 2 hours trying to activate it and work with Comcast with no luck. Had to return and get a netgear.
