Effortless install and consistent performance. Happy enough that I bought a second one for my son as a house warming present.

I have bought 3 Arris Surfboards for various places. They work so effortlessly and reliably. I never experience the issues I did with lesser quality or units supplied by my ISP. Prices are reasonable and they work fantastic.

I purchased this thinking that there was an issue with my new Router that is Wifi 6 protocol. However, it appeared that it was my firmware for the router that botched things up. Well I ended up liking this product so much I decided to keep it. This is Docsis 3.1 ready so it is future proof. The product handles Gigabit Speeds and up! This means that this should last you for several years. The one thing I like about this product is that it has to ports in the back, which I run to my PS4 and I get every bit of bandwidth I pay for and with WIFI6 my home crushes gaming, work, Zoom/Skype teleconferences, and also makes our internet blazing fast. This is the bleeding edge and a good product by Arris, definitely would recommend this to anyone that has a really high speed plan.

This unit replaced an older basic 7 year old ARRIS Surfboard modem that finally stopped working. This one is an upgrade. Installation was easy and it has been working flawlessly. The old one must have been slowly dying because my internet is running more smoothly and seems faster.

Fast, easy setup. The hardest part was getting my cable company to update their system. Great purchase!

I purchased this modem 8 months ago and it has been working well, I am obtaining 486mps download out of the 500 that I pay for and 53.11 upload speeds. No issues with the modem.

The modem itself has worked without issue since I picked it up. I've reached ~800 mbps so far but I'm sure that's due to either the file host or COX itself, not the modem. I'd recommend buying your own modem rather than renting them from the cable provider.

Fairly easy setup and it's working great with Sparklight. I did have to call Sparklight to activate the modem, but once I did that, it has worked flawlessly.

My Internet is free! Well not FREE in coat but it is free from tyranny of ISP owned hardware. All the ports I can change, block and open. Also the old equipment my ISP were charging me for gave me half the speed I was paying for as I came to find out. Plug it in then call your ISP to setup your router. So easy. Paired with a powerful WiFi router the house is covered and speedy.

Modem is great, easily gets the speeds it says. Don't like that the second ether port on the back doesn't really work well. When I try to use it, what is plugged in gets nothing and what is plugged into port one runs slow. But as long as you only use port one, it is great.

Works perfect as expected. Ditch your ISP provided cable modem and buy this. Save the monthly fee.

Works with Optimum Internet. Just make you call Optimum to register the device. But if you are reading this, seek a better internet provider. Fantasic Modem, easy to setup and it increased speeds and I'm saving 120$ a year now.

We have not had any problems with our internet since installing. Before, the streaming would be slow and would “buffer” constantly. This was a good investment.

Excellent modem. Does everything I need it to do. Easy install. Excellent telephone service -- you get to talk to a real person if you run into difficulties in setup.
