Excellent product that saves money over renting equipment from internet provider.

Replaced ISP's cable modem with this and our overall speed has increased. Family of four with two adults working at home and it's been great.

I have used Arris/Surfboard modems for many years. Never disappointed. They hit their specs are easy to use. This one is just as reliable.

Works with Comcast Xfinity and it’s fast as described. Comcast tried to downplay the ability of 3.1 modems versus their rentals. Don’t believe them. This one works like a charm.

I did not want to rent a router from cox cable. I did my research and I ended up buying this router. It’s an amazing product, I am extremely happy with it and have not had any issues at all.

Cox sped up the internet so I needed a new modem. this one was the one I got to replace it with. So far so good. Modem works awesome. I'm getting all the speed I am paying for.

Fast 3.1 modem, I combined this with an eero router system and stopped the cable company rental charges, also seems to give us good wi-fi coverage.

I chose this modem as it was touting speeds up to 10GBPS but after purchase I found out that is a "future" feature this modem is "capable" of but not currently set. So the extra ethernet port on the unit is really not useful for now.

Comcast suggested a faster Modem. I was able determine the unit needed and Best Buy carried this item. Easy to install and make connections with Comcast help. Seems faster.

Had to buy it to upgrade to 500 mbps with Cox. It works well, no disconnect issues. Speed works as advertised. I recommend sticking with ARRIS with Cox.

Very solid performer. Had to replace my ISP modem and get rid of the monthly rental fee. This works great with Comcast. Would recommend it.

Bought this to replace older Arris SB6141 to take advantage of newer tech. No problems or issues, setup was quick working with Comcast

Excellent product. Reliable and solved a lot of my network problems. A little pricey but well worth it. Go for the best modem on the market.

I switched to a GB connection with Comcast and this is a must have - works well, super fast connection and no dropping out. Much less cost then paying Comcast for one.

really clean looking in white! Easy peasy, lemon squeezy set up. Plug in the cables as directed, sit back and it connects to the Comcast/xFinity megatron system!

This cable modem is fast and dependable without any hiccups. This modem was also recommended by Cox as of Oct 2019.
