easy set up. compatible with my high speed internet.

Wet decent modem. It’s fast abs rarely needs to be reset.

Set up way easy, all I had to so was plug it in and contact my cable provider. On sale was a plus!

Have never had trouble provisioning or using the Arris Surfboard modems. Works well for the 512 mbps service from my provider.

If you want the fastest "I have used" Cable Modem then purchase the ARRIS - SURFboard DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem. High Speed and excellent for multiple connections to keep throughput high

It is able to handle the 1Gig service we are now receiving. The only down side is that it is not also a router. You will need to purchase one that also can handle 1 Gig of service.

This works great in my home. Easy to start up and use.

Works great for comcast cable but don't use if you have a speed greater than 1GBS.

This device is doing exactly what the Best Buy and Cox Communications rep said it would do. Very simple to connect and my WiFi signal strength has improved.

I did have quite a few problems with my internet service when using earlier version of this DOCSYS 3.1 modem, which my internet service provider quickly blamed on modem. So far this version is working fine and delivering high performance.

Bought this after tiring of renting the box from Midco. You need to call midco to have them enter it in their system but after that works like a charm.

Great modem, never had any issues with this or it’s predecessor model. Simply a great choice. Don’t go with the ones with a built in router, utter garbage. :)

Works very well. Replacing an arris sb8200 that failed after 28 months - hope this one lasts longer.

We finally did away with using Comcast’s modem as we were already using an ASUS router. This modem is great, our internet is the best it has ever been. Easy set up as well
