Brought the cable modems to avoid paying the rental fee every month. Fast and never have a problem connecting.

Works as described. Easy to install. App is terrible though but didnt really need it.

Upgraded to this modem for my Cox gigablast connection. I had a Netgear nighthawk router before this and notice a subtle increase in speed.

This was a replacement for a DOCSIS 3.1 Motorola which failed soon after purchase. Much more reliable and recommended as the brand to use by ISP technicians.

I replaced my SB6141 with this model. I notice a good improvement in the uplink and downlink speed. A good upgrade.

Instead of paying monthly rental fees cheaper to buy and pays for self in time. Setup was easy and speeds are faster then before. Definitely worth it.

We were having problems keeping a lock on our ten year old cable modem. Bought the ARRIS SURFboard cable modem and now we have no interruptions. Loving my gaming now!

Had it for about 4-6 weeks. Internet speeds are much faster than the old 3.0 I had. Easy set up with RCN's assistance.

Easy to install. Works perfectly. This was installed to replace the router/modem that Xfinity installed with a monthly charge.

Very easy for me to use and set up. I've had issue with it being dropped but I think it's mainly due to XFinity.
