Not as good as hoped

It was a little weaker on the signal. We need a solid performer due to the location where it was placed vs where it was needed. We returned it and instead purchased the netgear nighthawk. We needed that little extra that the Arris couldn’t deliver. I would still recommend it for others but it really depends on location in the home and other variables.

Decent Modem - Few issues a year later

My only complaint is that now after a year of having it, I’m having to reset it almost daily because the internet disconnects randomly.
