This modem works great. It is Suddenlink that is throttling the speed back. They have a monopoly in our area. Please someone come in and give them some competion. I'll join up!! Can't stand Suddenlink

I used this modem for the last year or so. I love it.

We've had this modem for about two months now and it's been great. We bought it to go with our EERO Pro-Mesh system and it's the best home wifi setup we've ever had!

Excellent product once I got past the Comcast setup. Comcast auto setup changed the settings so the cable modem would only work with a direct connection. ARRIS support guided me through a factory reset that fixed Comcast's issues.

Not what i ordered i needed the router modem combo took it back and got the right one arris surf boards are great quality was replacing one because my 12 old one was a 1 and i needed a 1.5 .

Excellent modem. Comcast throttles, however, so you won’t get the speed you pay for all the time. Only when it’s convenient for them.

Combined with my other purchase this has ran without a hitch. Love it

Super fast next level modem. Not compatible with Suddenlink, yet.

This cable modem works great with RCN. It was easy to set up and we have not had any problems as of yet. On top of that my house is covered in a canopy of trees and we have still able to receive great signal I would highly recommend this modem

I traded in my previous SURFboard and got the $15 credit. That pretty much makes it a one way street. Once I installed the new and improved SURFboard with DOCSIS 3.1 and speeds up to 10G... nothing was different. Speed test showed no change - none.Its a cable modem, it works and is now a “supported” modem .

It will disconnect if it gets to hot, maybe add a fan.

I got this cable modem to replace one that got fried by a lightning strike. I had it set up and running in short order. Its been running smoothly for about two months and will hopefully run with minimal maintenance for years to come.
