I have used the various surfboards for the last few years. This one is reliable just as the previous versions have been. Led lights on the front are helpful for checking status of internet connection.

Nice modem, no problems setting up with the cable company.

Seems to be as good as the Cox Panoramic that it replaced. Total Tech installers provided quick installation and technical support.

Good while it worked, failed after 1 year of operation

Was experiencing intermittent internet signal. This new modem solved the problem completely.

This has been a wonderful addition to our home. Since it's installation we have had no issues and our internet speed is fast and steady throughout the house.

Got the modem and sent it back in the same day. While my internet provider, Spectrum, was able to get the modem up and running, it never got Docsis 3.1 connectivity and Spectrum blamed Arris and Affis blamed Spectrum. I am employed by my provider and work from home, so I know Docsis 3.1 does and should have worked. Putting that aside, I could never log into the modem’s admin page. I spend over 2 hours on the phone with the tech plugging and unplugging the device before I finally said enough is enough. I just called my service provider and told them to bring me back out one of their modems that work fine, but are very big and take up a lot of space. Never again will I buy an Arris product. Worst set up experience ever and the app has a 1.3 rating in the App Store.

Arris is the only modem I buy. I invest in modems to save rental charges from provider. Well worth the money, it pays for itself. Buy Best Buy warranty, even if you don't buy the warranty it is worth it.

Bought this when we decided to cut the cord. Had it in hand when the cable guy came to remove the boxes. He plugged this in, contacted his service people to get us going, and we haven't had a problem with the internet yet.

Had this activated about a month ago and haven’t had issues with Spectrum cable since.

good modem for the price. works well with xfinity. have had no issues

only had this modem 2 days so far works good with Xfinity gig speed

you need a docsis 3.1 modem to receive gb internet to your home. this was an inexpensive entry into going there. comes with 2 ethernet ports, one of which you'll most likely never use unless your ISP will give you 2 IP addresses

this was clearly the better choice for all our home devices over that provided by any cable company. It was recommended by the Home theater experts that came to her house to discuss what is best for our home theater system and our audio systems.
