The major reason I bought this item was to stop renting my modem from my internet provider. As soon as I hooked this up and turned in my rental my bill dropped $15 for that month. Definitely worth the cost.

Arris delivers another fantastic cable modem that reliably hits maximum available bandwidth. The dual WAN option is terrific for offering networking flexibility.

Resolved my connections problems simple connection

Setup with Comcast was effortless. I have a business account. I called support and transferred the SN and modem code on the label. They PING the modem and confirm it is current with the firmware. The 2 ether ports are a BONUS too! Get IT.

I bought the ARRIS - SURFboard 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem to replace a 7 year old Cisco cable modem that went wonky and died. Using this in an office setting with 5+ users and have no issues. Would definitely buy again.

Worked well while it was running. Stopped connecting to Wow and would reboot. Arris is replacing the modem.

If you have cable based internet, this is a great modem that will save you all of the modem rental fees that you are being charged. It's not cheap but it will save you a lot of money in the long run.

i did my homework and purchased this make / model. i couldnt be happier. i have not had any issues since i installed it. great modem and would recommend over the ones provided by your ISP

With all the online teaching and learning taking place I needed a good strong modem for our home office since my wife and I are both teaching online. This Arris does the trick. I highly recommend it.

This modem is amazing had it before and thought it didn’t work right but upgraded to the surfboard max 6600 and no issues whatsoever with the internet now.

Upgraded to this modem based on recommendation from bestbuy sales rep. I upgraded to gig internet and this was required over my old docsis 3.0 modem. Works perfect paired with new WiFi 6 router.

I bought this because my previous modem was not able to handle the speeds that my ISP is putting out. It definitely helps with 4k streaming along with streaming on 2 phones, 2iPads, 3apple tvs, and a game system all running at once.

Not getting the most out of my prior Modem so I decided to upgrade a model from what I had. It seems decent, but I just haven’t seen a big difference in speed yet. Could be other issues with my WiFi so still happy-
