Upgraded from my SB6183. Works great as youd expect from an Arris except for the Send LED doesn’t work. Not sure if I got a defective unit but it’s not worth returning, it works fine. I’m getting about 50-60mb/s more than I’m paying for.

Have had no issues with this Modem. I paired with a mesh system router and I am loving it so far! Great connection and performance.

Bought it for mediacom and it worked really well for the time it worked but after about 3 months it went stopped working

Only lowered the bill because the company i user intenet with charges for their modem

Provided great coverage for our 2000 ft² home even from the third floor

Exceeding my expectations, no issues at all. I use a streaming service for my tv, works great.

Got irked of paying rent for my modem. This one is the best I found in all the reviews. Uses the newer Broadcom chip (no Intel issues). Wished it has a DHCP server, but not that big a deal.

Works just as we needed it to, pretty easy to hook up and it’s nice that it has 2 Ethernet ports. We hooked up our router and a 24 port switch and we get internet throughout our home. Only wish I have is that my provider took advantage of the 32 download lanes.

So far so good. Purchased the modem to upgrade my current internet service to 1GB. It is currently holding and hasn't burnt out. Do like the fact that it has more than one port to connect ethernet cables to so that there can be several hardline connections.

This modem is first rate, with two Ethernet ports it is set to pair with a top end router and capable of handling all of today’s many many many connecting devices. Buy one if you need one, no worries here

Used this modem to upgrade from DOCSIS 3.0 modem and the quality and stability of my internet service improved. Pair with a WIFI 6 router for the fastest possible wireless network.

Works great right out of the box connected to my cable internet provider wide open west through a webpage no problem.paired it with a separate wifi router and good to go.

No issues. Typical set-up procedures. Works well with our internet provider and router.

I purchased this based on a recommendation by my Best Buy shopping representative and returned the one provided by Spectrum. I am totally happy with this purchase. No more issues. No more dropped wifi or decrease in bandwidth.

Bought this one cause my older model modem was acting up, it did improve my wifi speed and most def would recommend it if u looking to upgrade up older version on a modem.

It's fine as a modem aka the thing you want to plug in once and forget about. However, the second port HAS TO BE ACTIVATED by your ISP and might not work for you. I have Spectrum in Los Angeles and they wouldn't do it, so that function is worthless.

I had to replace the first one after 14 days, but so far so good on this second one! Get near gig speeds, no hiccups!
