Works as it's supposed to, i bought this because it had two ports hoping I could utilize that function unfortunately you can only have on plugged in at a time and the second port is used for lacp. Otherwise it's a normal modem

this is my "go to " Modem for all my jobsites. Havent has any issues with the 8200 vs the 6190 which all seened to have failed earlier than they should have.

Ah kinda hard to say this is a great product but I haven’t had a dc since I changed to this modem. My old modem was the supplied by my provider and it stunk.

I was using a combo modem/router with Xfinity. 3 years of intermittent service, that I thought was xfinity's fault until I changed the modem. Not one dropout in a month since changing to this and a netgear wifi router.

Solid performer but very limited features. You can do absolutely nothing with it or track or troubleshoot. This is 100% only a gateway to the Internet. So if you want features control make sure to buy a good router that has all that you need.

This Arris cable modem is working well. We have had no problems with it.

I had to upgrade my ARRIS 6190 to an ARRIS SB 8200 to accommodate 1 gig download from my ISP. The install was simple and I am very happy with my purchase. The customer service at my local Best Buy was excellent as usual!

I replaced an aging DOCSIS 3.0 modem with this 3.1. It exceeds my current plan but I have growing room.

This is a good modem by itself. My PC can get online and the internet speed is 700 MBPS on an xfinity plan of 600 MBPS. But it just did not work with my two wireless routers (one is ASUS AC1200 and the other is TP-link C4000). After I replaced it with a Motorola modem, both of my routers worked right away. I am using only one router. So if you found a problem with your router when using SB8200, it might be the modem's issue.

Did the trick! Internet connection improved by updating to this new modem.

This is an excellent modem. I have had no connection issues.

So much better than renting the crappy Equipment from xfinity

Can't have wireless internet without this gadget too. Goes awesome with Orbi. Don't settle for the cable company's crap! We had so many issues and now we have ZERO issues. Go and get one NOW!!!!

This modem intelligently takes advantage of a higher-level, faster signal if its accessible through by your cable provider. It's worth the money.
