Replaced my Netgear router (Docsis 3.0) in hopes that my download speed would increase, No change... The only thing that will benefit me is my Router will be ready for the future.

Works great with Xfinity. Stable connection for streaming and work.

I purchased this DOCSIS 3.1 compatible modem in preparation to upgrade my internet speed. This replaced a SB6190 modem that I had been having troubles with. My service level is 150Mbps download and 10Mbps upload. My average download speed is 50.5Mbps and upload speed averages 9.5Mbps.

This is the best investment ever made. Works way better than spectrum modem

Works awesome wss told it's not compatible with spectrum it is tho and it's next gen so it all support gig speeds

Great modem, doesn't run any hotter than my last SURFboard but maybe I got lucky. Works just fine with Xfinity. Hoping nothing happens, but so far so good. I would recommed.

Bought this when my older modem was no longer supported by Comcast. Setup was easy and works great. We havent had any outages or connection drops with the new modem.

My Arris modem works fine. The salesperson who helped us did a very good job, was knowledgeable & gave us good advice. So we followed it and are pleased.

Better alternative than standard issued equipment. Not a big fan of getting equipment that is either old/refurbished and not always the best out there; As well as having to lease it.

Having trouble accessing the admin console and never got a call back from Arris C/S when I left a message

Easy setup with my ISP and had plenty of bandwidth for my applications.

Great modem. Of course required for most gigabit internet services, but this one was the best value and feature heavy. 2 Ethernet ports and all the lanes you need. Don't hesitate to buy.

Put this system in place for my daughter and her college roommates. 6 of them using LOTS of devices during their long college studies. They are experiencing great coverage and little to no WiFi downtime.

Bought this because I was told my previous modem was an obsolete DOCSIS 3.0 type. My complaint was, low speed in my 200 Mbps service, speeds as low as 3 Mbps from RCN. After installation only a slight improvement in speed.

I bought the Arris Surfboard DOCSIS 3.1 cable modem because Comcast / Xfinity said that my current DOCSIS 3.0 modem was not giving me all the speed my incoming cable service was capable of providing. They told me that DOCSIS 3.0's highest possible speed is 1Gbps. However, DOCSIS 3.1 is capable of delivering 10Gbps. Then I experienced a problem with my incoming cable coaxial wire, which subsequently needed to be replaced. When the technician installed it, he put a meter on the newly installed service wire and the download speed he measured was nowhere near 1 gigabyte per second. So I really don’t think this product provided me with any speed advantage.

Great speeds when it works. Frequently can’t obtain the ISP’s IP address resulting in no internet access. Resetting the modem on my own does not resolve the issue. I need to have Xfinity (Comcast) reset the modem to regain the IP address, This was never an issue with my previous generation SURFboard. I also have the latest generation ASUS gigabyte router, which has trouble with this modem. I subscribe to Xfinity gigabyte service so upgraded to this modem for the 3.1 capability, but have not seen any benefit compared to my 3.0 SURFboard.

Updated my house modem and WIFI with today technology, because everything we do today surrounds us using these items.

Nice modem can supply WIFi we need and make all our gadget work, complement great with RCN internet. Just need to call their customer service to set it up.
