It works well; much smaller than the last one I had. I had to get an upgrade and the Cox person recommended this. Not surprising since it says Cox right on the box

Arris is known for making good products. This modem comes with two Ethernet ports, but only one can be used at a time and this is by design. That makes this modem pretty average as far as value is concerned.

This modem works great. It gets gig speeds and has no performance issues at all. Very stable and well made.

Works great for the mesh system I purchased. I have had no issues with the modem and it works perfect with EERO for an outstanding wifi coverage.

Works great with my local Spectrum internet service. Upgraded an older surfboard modem and now I actually get the bandwidth that I pay for

2 years and still trucking with no issues. great product for the money

Best purchase of the pandemic. Allows my to turn off my sons internet access each evening. He's mad, but at least I can sleep now.

Great modem. very solid. I had no issues at all plus the geek Squad associate was super professional and friendly.

I upgraded from Netgear to this and couldn't be happier. My old equipment was starting to give me WiFi issues and this solved the problem.

Excellent modem that works with COX internet. There are eight of us in my family that use the WIFI, we have not had any problems with streaming.

We needed to upgrade out modem and our tech guy recommended this one. It has worked well and had an app to increase your ability to monitor your home system.

I wanted the extra LAN ports so I spent a bit more to get it. THis is a better model than the one it replaced. Not sure if I can say more; it works fine and I'm happen I got it.

The modem worked great but comcast couldn't configure in their database with the correct modem type after several attempts. Code update failed because incorrect modem type in comcast database. Had to return and get a different cable modem.

Purchased for my Xfinity Internet service. The modem is working, but we are concerned since there is only 1 blue light and there should be 2 blue lights - one each for upstream and downstream.

So far, so good, this product has delivered an astounding service.

If you don't care about getting the best, get something cheaper. If you want to future proof... wait till the next standard comes out... If you want the best you can get now, get this.

Good product at a good price. I have no issues todate. With my knowledge base I am limited to evaluate a modern as a stand alone component.
