Great modem but would not work with Charter Spectrum which made me return this item.

This is a good modem. I ended up returning it think it was the modem not giving me the gig speeds, but in fact it was the modem itself slowing my WiFi speed. I recommend this modem.

replacement for the same brand/unit works as it should but have nothing else to compare...also I'm not a 5 star kinda guy 4 stars it is

A little bit of an overkill for my set up right now but in the future I am going to be so ready.

I'm not sure about this particular modem. I bought it to replace an Arris DOCSIS 3.0 modem as I was unable to attain the 600 MB speeds from my ISP that I had previously upgraded to. I tried this modem and it didn't seem to improve my situation. I returned it and purchased a Netgear 3.1 modem, and my speeds were instantly where they should be. I would think that this modem should perform as well as the Netgear unit I bought, and it is acceptable by Xfinity so maybe I had another issue that prevented it from making the cut.

I got tired of Xfinity charging for rental fees. So I decided by my own modem and happen saving a lot of money in the long run.

Great alternative than paying a monthly fee to your cable provider (COMCAST for me). Never lose signal.

Solved my internet issues with Cox. Was in and out many times a day with no way to fix it otherwise.

Completely met my expectations. Had to replace another ARRIS SURFboard (chip set error issue) and I will continue to buy this brand.

Great modem. Works like a champ. Solved all of my slow internet problems. I highly recommend this.

Up and running in no time. So far, it works good without any issue. I don't care for white color but it is just minor issue.

The Aris surfboard 32x8 cable modem is a monster. Move very large amounts of bandwidth without even a stutter. It is a great modem.

Over the last 18 years, I have owned several Motorola/Arris Surfboard modems and have always been happy with the quality and performance of their products. This modem is the exception. I bought it in preparation for upgrading to 500 Mbps service through Mediacom and it worked well for the two weeks prior to my upgrade at 100 Mbps. After the upgrade to 500 Mbps, the performance was inconsistent and it dropped the connection frequently. I tried working with Mediacom and Arris to resolve the issue, but had no luck. I returned this modem and bought the Netgear CM1000, which has been consistently fast and stable.

This was required because my internet speed increased it works perfectly. Only that it does not accommodate my VOIP not compatible with Vonage

Nice upgrade to the Xfinity modem. This unit helped to stabilize my internet connection that is constantly in high demand.

I was looking to replace the Comcast modem we rented. It was a little tricky getting synced up with Comcast, but once we got past that, seems to work well.
