    This has been working great since I bought it. It is a little confusing to set up. You have to make sure Comcast activates it before you’ll be able to use it.

    This is a very functional replacement cable modem that can easily replace the rented one provided by Comcast.

    The unit was packed well and came with cables to connect it... power and ethernet... Unit is basic in looks and performs as stated... I would recommend this device.

    Bought this because it was Xfinity approved. Hooked it up and called Comcast to give them the MAC address. I don't know if it is a Comcast issue or an ARRIS issue but after four hours on the phone with each Comcast and ARRIS, the speed of my connection is not as good as my old modem. Less than 100 mps when I am paying for 400 mps. I got 250 mps from my old equipment.
