This was the one I needed. It is awesome with a gig data speed.

Sadly, this is unopened and passed the return period. I’m sure it’s great, I have DOCSIS 3.0 Surfboard now. Bought this 3.1 due to higher internet tier but Spectrum won’t provision this even though at the time of purchase it was listed as allowed on their website. So, I guess I can say the box is good looking. Holding onto it in case spectrum changes their mind

Great performance when it was connected, had to reset once a week as it would lose connection to the internet frequently.

I bought this modem trusting in the box information. For my surprise, the S/N and the MAC are from a SB6141, running DOCSIS 3.0 and not more than 700Mbps. My first and last experience with this brand.

works way better than spectrum and can link both ports. well worth your purchase.

This modem works just fine with 1 Gig service. I was worried about packet loss or latency issues as some of the Surfboard modems have issues, but so far it's working just as my last one did.

Didn’t seem to connect to my wired internet cable. So i returned it lmao.

I have Grande Communications and this would not work right for me. I would hook it up to my son's PC and the speed was great. I then hooked everything up to an ethernet switch and nothing worked. Fine, I figured the switch was bad or just not compatible so I just plugged my son's pc only back into the Arris port ( only one port is activated) rebooted his computer to let the connection reset and no internet. I would have to call my provider to have them reset te modem it just to get it to work with only one device. I bought a Motorola router and EVERYTHING including the ethernet switch worked no matter how many times I had to plug or unplug connections. Maybe this one was just bad but after hours of trying to get it to work I just ended up returning it and sticking with the Motorola.

This modem is great has more power and is just what we needed for our home.

replaced older model arris works with cox stopped internet crashing every few days.

great product built well for its purpose enjoying it alot with an added router.

This works very well in our house. The coverage is very good.

Had to speak with Comcast customer service to get the MAC address set up then it work great

on the pricey side but good modem just wish it had a router installed with it
