Great modem, but its still comcasst....

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Connect your ISP to it, then it to your Router - does what a modem does - also, my ISP actually sent an update to the modem - in my area the down stream is blue but the up stream is green - but in time both down and up stream will be in Blue eventually.

Not the one you want.

It only took me 24 hours after setting up internet with Xfinity to have the Arris disconnect/self-reset frequently, as mentioned by others. Even after multiple power cycles (unplugging power and plugging it back in), internet did not return. The only thing this device is going to bring back is the money i spent on it. Shame. Skip this one.
