ARRIS Surfboard failed to connect

Neither I nor the Cox Technician could get the modem to work correctly. The one I purchased may have been a dud, but I returned it and purchased a different brand that that worked perfectly out of the box. Best Buy made it easy to return and gave me credit for my other purchase.

Went with the Netgear and returned this. Netgear broke in 4-5 months. I should have kept this one as it’s what my internet provider recommended.
